SMK’s Odd Lot offers eligible through DTC are set up on a weekly accumulation program and payout on select days of the week. All shares accumulated for each week will be settled using the next trading day’s open price less SMK’s processing fee. Shares can be delivered to DTC at any time, and you can use this system to minimize your market exposure.

Rounding Up???    SMK knows that when participating in the offers eligible through DTC, the transactions goes only one way. If you have clients that would like to purchase (round up) small quantities of an offer click onto SMK's Small Share Processing form!

How the SMK Solution makes a difference?

As you are aware, these shares tendered to DTC will be kept at DTC until DTC receives a wire transfer (of Fed funds) representing the payment for those shares. Only after the payment is received by DTC will the shares be released from DTC’s custody.
