As
you know SMK Information Services has been working with it’s clients in the
purchase and sale of Odd-Lot shares of securities. These purchases and sales for
the most part are tender offers conducted through DTC, however, a portion of the
business is performed on a direct basis through broker-to-broker transactions.
Currently, the SMK solution provides your clients with probably the most
economical way to liquidate their Odd-Lot positions.
Due to our client’s requests to now include Bonds as a part of our services, SMK Information Services is expanding it’s horizons to bring the same excellent performance record and opportunity to the Odd-Lot Bond Market. The following are our client’s criteria:

are looking for BBB – AAA Corporate or Municipal Bonds |
| We
consider an Odd-Lot position to be four (4) Bonds or less. |
| The
Prices paid for the Odd-Lot Bond transactions will be negotiated. |
The same expeditious payments your clients have grown to expect from SMK for our Odd-Lot security purchases will apply to our purchases of Odd-Lot Bonds. Payments will be either Payment vs. Delivery, Check or Wire, whichever your client prefers. Accrued interest to the date of sale will be paid to the seller.
